Privacy Policy

본 방침은 Zrindy LLC(이하 “Zrindy”)가 운영하는 iOS 앱 Daily Rail에 적용됩니다. Daily Rail은 계정 가입 없이 사용자가 선택한 전신 코디 사진을 분석해 상의·하의·신발 이미지를 만들고 기기 내 디지털 옷장에 저장하도록 돕습니다.

This policy applies to the Daily Rail iOS app operated by Zrindy LLC. Without requiring an account, Daily Rail analyzes a full-body outfit photo you choose, creates separate images for tops, bottoms, and shoes, and lets you save them to a digital closet on your device.

사용자가 분석을 직접 요청할 때 선택한 JPEG 또는 PNG 사진, 앱 언어, 임의 요청 식별자가 암호화된 연결을 통해 Daily Rail 서버로 전송됩니다. 사진은 옷의 종류·색상·위치를 분석하고 각 옷의 배경이 제거된 진열 이미지를 생성하는 데 사용됩니다.

• 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 계정 또는 광고 식별자를 요구하지 않습니다.
• 사진에 얼굴, 위치, 문서 또는 다른 사람이 보이면 그 내용도 AI 처리 대상 사진에 포함될 수 있습니다. 필요한 옷만 보이는 사진을 사용하세요.
• 서버는 이미지 크기, 모델 사용량, 처리 시간, 성공·실패 상태, AI가 만든 옷 이름·색상·경계 정보 같은 운영 기록을 남길 수 있으나, 원본 또는 생성 이미지 바이트를 운영 기록에 저장하지 않습니다.

When you explicitly request analysis, the selected JPEG or PNG photo, app locale, and a random request identifier are sent over an encrypted connection to the Daily Rail server. The photo is used to identify garment type, color, and position and to generate display-ready cutouts. Operational records may include image size, model usage, processing time, status, and AI-generated garment labels and bounds, but not the original or generated image bytes.

사진 분석과 옷 이미지 생성을 위해 선택한 사진 또는 그 옷 부분이 Zrindy 서버에서 OpenAI API로 전송됩니다. OpenAI는 요청한 분석과 이미지 생성을 제공하기 위해 해당 데이터를 처리합니다. OpenAI의 자체 처리 기준과 보관 방식은 OpenAI 개인정보 처리방침 및 API 데이터 보호 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

클라우드·네트워크 사업자는 요청 전달과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 접속 시각 등 일반적인 네트워크 정보를 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

The selected photo or relevant garment crops are sent from Zrindy infrastructure to the OpenAI API for garment analysis and image generation. OpenAI processes this data to provide the requested result. Cloud and network providers may temporarily process ordinary network information, such as IP address and request time, to route and secure the service.

Daily Rail 서버는 원본 사진과 생성 이미지를 파일이나 데이터베이스에 영구 저장하지 않습니다. 진행 중인 작업과 결과는 메모리에만 보관되며 생성 시점부터 최대 15분 후 또는 서버 재시작 시 삭제됩니다. 사용자가 작업을 취소하면 서버는 가능한 범위에서 해당 작업을 즉시 중단하고 메모리에서 제거합니다.

이미지 본문이 없는 운영 기록은 서비스 안정성, 보안, 비용 확인과 장애 조사에 필요한 기간 및 법적 의무가 요구하는 기간 동안만 보관한 뒤 삭제하거나 식별 가능성을 낮춥니다. OpenAI의 보관은 위에 연결된 제공자 정책 및 Zrindy의 API 계정 설정을 따릅니다.

The Daily Rail server does not persist original or generated image files in a database or file store. Active jobs and results exist only in memory and are removed no later than 15 minutes after creation or when the server restarts. Non-image operational records are retained only as long as needed for reliability, security, cost accounting, incident review, or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. OpenAI retention follows the linked provider policies and Zrindy’s API account configuration.

사용자가 결과 화면에서 저장을 선택한 상의·하의·신발 이미지와 이름·색상·분류, 코디 조합, 캘린더 기록, 앱 언어 및 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 저장하지 않은 분석 결과는 옷장에 추가되지 않습니다. Daily Rail은 현재 계정 또는 클라우드 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다.

앱 안에서 옷장 항목을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제해 기기에 저장된 정보를 제거할 수 있습니다. iOS 백업을 사용하는 경우 Apple의 백업 설정과 보관 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.

Saved garment images and labels, outfit combinations, calendar entries, language, and settings remain on your device. Results are not added to your closet unless you choose to save them. Daily Rail currently provides no account or cloud sync. Delete individual wardrobe items in the app or remove the app to delete local data; Apple backup behavior may still follow your iOS backup settings.

Daily Rail은 iOS 시스템 사진 선택기를 사용하므로 사용자가 고른 사진만 전달받습니다. 분석 버튼을 누르기 전에는 사진이 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 사진 전송을 원하지 않으면 선택을 취소하거나 분석을 시작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

Daily Rail uses the iOS system photo picker and receives only the photo you select. Nothing is uploaded until you start analysis. You may cancel selection or avoid starting analysis if you do not want a photo transmitted.

Daily Rail은 광고를 표시하지 않고, 제3자 분석 SDK를 포함하지 않으며, App Tracking Transparency 권한이나 IDFA를 요청하지 않습니다. 사진과 옷장 데이터를 판매하거나 맞춤 광고, 광고 측정 또는 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트를 가로지르는 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.

Daily Rail has no ads or third-party analytics SDK, does not request ATT or IDFA, and does not sell photos or closet data or use them for personalized advertising, ad measurement, or cross-company tracking.

전송 구간 암호화, 서버 접근 통제, 서버 측 AI 자격 증명 보관 등 데이터 성격에 맞는 보호조치를 사용합니다. 다만 어떠한 전송이나 저장 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다. Daily Rail은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

서비스 또는 법적 요구사항이 바뀌면 시행일을 갱신해 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 개인정보, 운영 기록의 확인·삭제 또는 앱 지원 문의는 dev@zrindy.com으로 보내 주세요. 계정이 없으므로 요청을 찾기 위해 분석한 대략적인 시각과 앱에서 본 요청 상태가 필요할 수 있습니다.

We use encrypted transport, server access controls, and server-side AI credentials. No system is completely secure. Daily Rail is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and its effective date. Contact dev@zrindy.com for privacy, deletion, or support requests; because there is no account, an approximate analysis time and any request status shown in the app may be needed to locate a record.
