We usually reply within 1–3 business days. Include your iOS version, app version, and the step where the issue occurred. Please do not attach a private photo unless we ask for it.

사진 분석이 시작되지 않아요 / Analysis does not start

  • 인터넷 연결을 확인하고 잠시 후 다시 시도해 주세요.
  • JPEG 또는 PNG 사진을 사용하고, 한 파일이 12MB 이하인지 확인해 주세요.
  • 상의·하의·신발이 한 프레임 안에 보이는 전신 사진을 선택해 주세요.
  • 사진을 다시 선택한 뒤 분석을 시작하면 새 요청으로 처리됩니다.

Check your connection, use a JPEG or PNG under 12 MB, and choose a full-body photo where the top, bottom, and shoes are visible. Re-selecting the photo and starting again creates a fresh request.

결과가 정확하지 않아요 / Results look inaccurate

밝고 단순한 배경에서 몸 전체가 정면에 가깝게 보이는 사진이 가장 잘 작동합니다. 옷이 잘리거나 가려진 사진, 여러 사람이 함께 있는 사진, 거울 반사가 많은 사진은 피해주세요. 결과가 완성되면 저장 전에 상의·하의·신발을 각각 확인할 수 있습니다.

For best results, use a well-lit, near-front-facing full-body photo against a simple background. Avoid cropped garments, heavy occlusion, multiple people, or strong mirror reflections. Review each top, bottom, and shoe result before saving.

옷장과 코디 데이터 / Closet and outfit data

저장을 선택한 옷, 코디 조합, 캘린더 기록과 설정은 현재 사용 중인 기기에 저장됩니다. 계정이나 클라우드 동기화가 없으므로 앱을 삭제하면 로컬 데이터가 함께 제거될 수 있으며 다른 기기로 자동 이전되지 않습니다.

Saved garments, outfit combinations, calendar entries, and settings stay on the current device. There is no account or cloud sync, so removing the app may remove local data and items do not automatically transfer to another device.

개인정보 및 삭제 / Privacy and deletion

선택한 사진은 사용자가 분석을 시작할 때만 서버와 AI 제공자에게 전송됩니다. 서버의 이미지 작업은 최대 15분 안에 만료됩니다. 앱 안에서 옷장 항목을 지우거나 앱을 삭제해 기기 데이터를 제거할 수 있습니다.

The selected photo is transmitted only after you start analysis, and server image jobs expire within 15 minutes. Delete wardrobe items in the app or remove the app to clear local data. See the Daily Rail Privacy Policy or email us with a privacy or operational-record deletion request.

Include your iPhone model, iOS and Daily Rail versions, reproduction steps, and any error text or request status. Do not send sensitive information or an original outfit photo unless it is necessary and we request it.
