개인정보 처리방침

본 방침은 Zrindy LLC(이하 “Zrindy”)가 운영하는 iOS·iPadOS 앱 무루에 적용됩니다. 무루는 계정 가입 없이 서버 AI 또는 선택 설치하는 기기 내 Gemma 4를 이용한 캐릭터 대화와, 선택형 분기 및 AI 직접 입력을 결합한 스토리를 제공하는 엔터테인먼트 앱입니다.

This policy applies to the Muruu iOS and iPadOS app operated by Zrindy LLC. Without an account, Muruu provides character conversations through Server AI or an optional on-device Gemma 4 model, plus stories combining on-device choices with optional AI free-form replies.

서버 AI를 선택하고 자유 대화 또는 스토리의 직접 입력을 사용하면 사용자가 입력한 문장, 답변 문맥으로 포함되는 최근 대화나 현재 장면, 선택한 캐릭터와 로케일, 생성된 AI 답변을 Zrindy와 AI 제공자가 처리합니다. 이 정보는 요청한 답변 생성, 스트리밍 전송, 장애 대응, 서비스 보안, 사용량·비용 확인을 위해 사용됩니다. Gemma 4를 선택하면 같은 답변 생성 처리가 사용자의 기기 안에서 실행되고 대화 본문은 Zrindy 서버나 모델 제공자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

• 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 광고 식별자 또는 무루 계정을 요구하지 않습니다.
• 서버 AI를 사용할 때 대화에 직접 개인정보나 민감정보를 쓰면 해당 내용도 함께 전송될 수 있으므로 입력하지 않는 것을 권장합니다. Gemma 4를 사용하더라도 기기 분실이나 백업 등 일반적인 위험을 고려해 민감정보는 입력하지 마세요.
• 정해진 선택지를 누르는 분기 처리와 선택 기록은 기기에서 실행됩니다. 스토리에서 문장을 직접 입력하면 서버 AI 모드에서는 해당 문장, 현재 장면과 표시 중인 선택지 문구가 AI 서버에 전송되고, Gemma 4 모드에서는 같은 문맥을 기기 안에서만 처리합니다.

With Server AI, free-form chat and Story messages send your text, recent conversation or current-scene context, displayed choices, character and locale settings, and the generated reply to Zrindy and its AI provider. With Gemma 4, the same reply generation occurs on device and chat content is not sent to Zrindy or the model provider. Branch decisions and choice history always stay on device. We do not require a Muruu account, contact information, or an advertising identifier.

대화 기록, 선택한 AI 방식, 앱 언어, 온보딩 완료 여부와 시작 시 온보딩 표시 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 Gemma 4를 설치하면 약 2.6GB의 모델 파일과 무결성 확인 정보도 앱의 기기 저장 공간에 보관하며 iCloud 백업 대상에서는 제외합니다. 설정에서 모델만 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제해 일반적인 iOS 동작에 따라 로컬 데이터를 제거할 수 있습니다. 무루는 iCloud 계정 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다.

Conversation history, the selected AI mode, language, and onboarding preferences are stored on device. If installed, the approximately 2.6 GB Gemma 4 model and its integrity manifest are stored in app storage and excluded from iCloud backup. You can remove only the model in Settings or remove the app to delete local app data under normal iOS behavior. Muruu does not provide account or iCloud synchronization.

서버 AI 요청에 대해 무루 게이트웨이는 별도의 사용자별 대화방 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않지만, AI 요청·응답 본문과 모델·토큰·처리 시간 등의 운영 정보는 서비스 안정성, 보안, 비용 확인 및 장애 조사에 필요한 감사 기록으로 보관합니다. 기록은 해당 목적과 법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안만 유지한 뒤 내부 보관 기준에 따라 삭제하거나 식별 가능성을 낮춥니다. Gemma 4로 기기에서 생성한 대화에는 이 서버 감사 기록이 만들어지지 않습니다.

무루에는 계정 식별자가 없으므로 Zrindy는 대화 내용을 의도적으로 사용자 신원과 연결하지 않습니다. 삭제 요청 시 기록을 찾을 수 있도록 대화한 대략적인 시각, 캐릭터, 문장의 일부가 필요할 수 있습니다.

For Server AI, the gateway has no user-specific conversation database, but request and response text and operational metadata are retained in audit records for reliability, security, cost accounting, and incident review. Gemma 4 conversations generated on device create no server audit record. Server records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes or legal duties, then deleted or de-identified. Muruu has no account identifier and does not intentionally link chat content to a user identity.

서버 AI를 선택하면 답변 생성을 위해 대화 내용이 Zrindy가 운영하는 서버와 OpenAI의 API로 전송됩니다. Gemma 4를 선택하면 대화 내용은 외부로 전송되지 않으며, 최초 설치 시 공개 모델 저장소에서 모델 파일만 다운로드합니다. 서버·모델 호스팅·네트워크 제공자는 요청 전달과 보안을 위해 IP 주소와 같은 일반적인 네트워크 정보를 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

Gemma 4 모델 파일은 Hugging Face 공개 모델 저장소에서 다운로드하며, 저장소의 처리 기준은 Hugging Face 개인정보 처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Server AI sends chat content through Zrindy-operated infrastructure to the OpenAI API. Gemma 4 does not transmit chat content; installation downloads only the public model file from Hugging Face. Hosting and network providers may temporarily process ordinary network information such as IP addresses to route and secure these requests.

무루는 광고를 표시하지 않고, App Tracking Transparency 권한이나 IDFA를 요청하지 않으며, 대화 내용을 데이터 브로커에 판매하거나 맞춤 광고·광고 측정을 위한 추적에 사용하지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 제3자 분석 SDK도 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

Muruu has no advertising, does not request ATT or IDFA, does not sell chat content, and does not use it for cross-app tracking or advertising measurement. The current app contains no third-party analytics SDK.

• 대화 본문 전송을 원하지 않으면 지원되는 기기에서 Gemma 4를 설치·선택하거나, AI 직접 입력 없이 스토리의 정해진 선택지만 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 설정에서 Gemma 4 모델만 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제해 기기에 저장된 대화와 설정을 제거할 수 있습니다.
• 서버 감사 기록의 확인 또는 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 이메일로 대략적인 요청 시각과 식별에 필요한 최소 정보를 보내 주세요.

To avoid transmitting chat content, install and select Gemma 4 on a supported device, or use only the prepared on-device Story choices. You may remove the Gemma 4 model in Settings, remove the app to delete local data, or contact us to request review or deletion of identifiable server audit records.

전송 구간 암호화, 서버 접근 통제, 공급자 자격 증명의 서버 측 보관 등 데이터 성격에 맞는 보호조치를 사용합니다. 다만 어떠한 전송 또는 저장 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없으므로 비밀번호, 금융·의료 정보, 주민등록번호 등 민감정보를 대화에 입력하지 마세요.

We use encrypted transport, server access controls, and server-side provider credential storage. No system is completely secure; do not enter passwords, financial or medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data.

무루는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 가상 학교 등장인물은 모두 만 19세 이상의 성인으로 설정되어 있습니다. 서비스 또는 법적 요구사항이 바뀌면 시행일을 갱신해 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다.

Muruu is not directed to children under 13; all fictional academy characters are adults aged 19 or older. We may update this policy and its effective date. Contact dev@zrindy.com for privacy, deletion, or support requests.
