개인정보 처리방침

본 방침은 Zrindy LLC(이하 “Zrindy”)가 운영하는 iOS·iPadOS 앱 무루에 적용됩니다. 무루는 계정 가입 없이 AI 캐릭터 자유 대화와 기기에 포함된 선택형 스토리를 제공하는 엔터테인먼트 앱입니다.

This policy applies to the Muruu iOS and iPadOS app operated by Zrindy LLC. Muruu provides AI character conversations and an on-device branching story without account registration.

자유 대화를 사용할 때 사용자가 입력한 문장, 답변 문맥으로 포함되는 최근 대화, 선택한 캐릭터와 로케일, 생성된 AI 답변을 처리합니다. 이 정보는 요청한 답변 생성, 스트리밍 전송, 장애 대응, 서비스 보안, 사용량·비용 확인을 위해 사용됩니다.

• 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 광고 식별자 또는 무루 계정을 요구하지 않습니다.
• 사용자가 대화에 직접 개인정보나 민감정보를 쓰면 해당 내용도 함께 전송될 수 있으므로 입력하지 않는 것을 권장합니다.
• 선택형 스토리 모드는 앱 내부 콘텐츠로 실행되며 AI 서버에 대화 선택을 보내지 않습니다.

For free-form AI chat, we process the text you enter, recent context included with the request, character and locale settings, and the generated reply. We do not require a Muruu account, contact information, or an advertising identifier. The deterministic Story mode runs on device.

대화 기록, 앱 언어, 온보딩 완료 여부와 시작 시 온보딩 표시 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 운영체제의 일반적인 동작에 따라 해당 로컬 데이터도 삭제됩니다. 무루는 iCloud 계정 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다.

Conversation history, language, and onboarding preferences are stored on the device. Removing the app deletes this local app data under normal iOS behavior. Muruu does not provide account or iCloud synchronization.

무루 게이트웨이는 별도의 사용자별 대화방 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않지만, AI 요청·응답 본문과 모델·토큰·처리 시간 등의 운영 정보는 서비스 안정성, 보안, 비용 확인 및 장애 조사에 필요한 감사 기록으로 보관합니다. 기록은 해당 목적과 법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안만 유지한 뒤 내부 보관 기준에 따라 삭제하거나 식별 가능성을 낮춥니다.

무루에는 계정 식별자가 없으므로 Zrindy는 대화 내용을 의도적으로 사용자 신원과 연결하지 않습니다. 삭제 요청 시 기록을 찾을 수 있도록 대화한 대략적인 시각, 캐릭터, 문장의 일부가 필요할 수 있습니다.

The gateway has no user-specific Muruu conversation database, but AI request and response text and operational metadata are retained in audit records for reliability, security, cost accounting, and incident review. Records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes or legal duties, then deleted or de-identified under internal controls. Muruu has no account identifier and does not intentionally link chat content to a user identity.

AI 답변 생성을 위해 대화 내용이 Zrindy가 운영하는 서버와 OpenAI의 API로 전송됩니다. 서버 호스팅·네트워크 제공자는 요청 전달과 보안을 위해 IP 주소와 같은 일반적인 네트워크 정보를 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다. 각 제공자는 계약, 보안 조치, 관련 법령 및 자체 정책에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

Chat content is transmitted through Zrindy-operated infrastructure to the OpenAI API. Hosting and network providers may temporarily process ordinary network information such as IP addresses to route and secure requests. OpenAI processes provider-bound data under its applicable policy and service terms.

무루는 광고를 표시하지 않고, App Tracking Transparency 권한이나 IDFA를 요청하지 않으며, 대화 내용을 데이터 브로커에 판매하거나 맞춤 광고·광고 측정을 위한 추적에 사용하지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 제3자 분석 SDK도 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

Muruu has no advertising, does not request ATT or IDFA, does not sell chat content, and does not use it for cross-app tracking or advertising measurement. The current app contains no third-party analytics SDK.

• AI 전송을 원하지 않으면 자유 대화 대신 로컬 스토리 모드를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 앱을 삭제해 기기에 저장된 대화와 설정을 제거할 수 있습니다.
• 서버 감사 기록의 확인 또는 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 이메일로 대략적인 요청 시각과 식별에 필요한 최소 정보를 보내 주세요.

You may use the on-device Story mode instead of AI chat, remove the app to delete local data, or contact us to request review or deletion of identifiable server audit records.

전송 구간 암호화, 서버 접근 통제, 공급자 자격 증명의 서버 측 보관 등 데이터 성격에 맞는 보호조치를 사용합니다. 다만 어떠한 전송 또는 저장 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없으므로 비밀번호, 금융·의료 정보, 주민등록번호 등 민감정보를 대화에 입력하지 마세요.

We use encrypted transport, server access controls, and server-side provider credential storage. No system is completely secure; do not enter passwords, financial or medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data.

무루는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 가상 학교 등장인물은 모두 만 19세 이상의 성인으로 설정되어 있습니다. 서비스 또는 법적 요구사항이 바뀌면 시행일을 갱신해 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다.

Muruu is not directed to children under 13; all fictional academy characters are adults aged 19 or older. We may update this policy and its effective date. Contact dev@zrindy.com for privacy, deletion, or support requests.
