이용약관

무루를 설치하거나 이용하면 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 거주 지역 법률상 계약에 동의할 수 있어야 하며, 미성년자는 필요한 경우 보호자의 동의를 받아야 합니다.

By installing or using Muruu, you agree to these Terms and the Muruu Privacy Policy. You must be able to accept them under applicable law and obtain guardian consent where required.

무루는 가상의 캐릭터와 AI로 자유 대화하거나 미리 구성된 답변을 선택해 이야기를 진행하는 엔터테인먼트 앱입니다. 계정 가입, 사용자 간 채팅, 인앱 결제 또는 구독은 현재 제공하지 않습니다.

Muruu is an entertainment app for AI character conversations and deterministic branching stories. The current version has no account, user-to-user messaging, in-app purchase, or subscription.

AI 답변은 부정확하거나 예상하지 못한 표현을 포함할 수 있으며 실제 인물의 의견이나 사실을 나타내지 않습니다. 무루를 의료·법률·금융·안전·긴급 상황의 조언으로 사용하지 말고 중요한 결정은 자격 있는 전문가와 확인하세요.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected and does not represent a real person. Do not rely on Muruu for medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

사용자는 자신이 입력하는 내용과 AI 결과의 사용에 책임을 집니다. 타인의 권리를 침해하거나, 불법·위협·착취·괴롭힘·악성코드 배포, 보안 우회, 서비스 방해 또는 관련 법령 위반 목적으로 무루를 사용할 수 없습니다. 민감정보와 타인의 개인정보를 입력하지 마세요.

You are responsible for your input and use of output. Do not use Muruu for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, malicious, security-bypassing, or service-disrupting activity, and do not enter sensitive or third-party personal information.

무루의 앱 디자인, 캐릭터, 세계관, 스토리, 그래픽과 소프트웨어에 대한 권리는 Zrindy 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 자신이 입력한 문장에 대한 권리를 유지하며, Zrindy에 요청한 기능 제공과 운영에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 처리할 권한을 부여합니다.

Muruu’s software, characters, world, stories, and artwork belong to Zrindy or their lawful rights holders. You retain rights in your input and permit its processing only as needed to provide and operate the requested service.

자유 대화는 Zrindy 서버와 OpenAI API의 가용성·정책·제한에 영향을 받을 수 있습니다. Zrindy는 외부 서비스의 중단이나 변경을 통제할 수 없습니다. 관련 데이터 처리는 무루 개인정보 처리방침에 설명되어 있습니다.

Free-form chat depends on Zrindy infrastructure and the OpenAI API and may be affected by their availability, limits, or policy changes. Data handling is described in the Muruu Privacy Policy.

Zrindy는 기능을 개선·변경·중단하거나 이용 제한을 적용할 수 있습니다. 중요한 약관 변경은 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신해 공개합니다. 법률이 달리 요구하지 않는 한 변경 후 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features and will publish material Terms changes with a revised effective date.

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 무루는 “있는 그대로” 및 “이용 가능한 상태”로 제공됩니다. Zrindy는 중단 없는 서비스, 오류 없는 AI 결과 또는 특정 목적 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다. 강행 소비자 보호법이 보장하는 권리는 제한하지 않으며, 허용되는 범위에서 간접·부수·특별·결과적 손해에 대한 책임을 제한합니다.

To the extent permitted by law, Muruu is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

강행 소비자 보호 규정이 달리 정하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관은 미국 메릴랜드주 법률을 따릅니다. 약관 또는 앱 지원 문의는 dev@zrindy.com으로 보내 주세요.
