Request deletion
FolderCam for Android (com.zrindy.subcamera) has no account sign-in. To request deletion of information held by Zrindy LLC or its app service providers, email dev@zrindy.com with the subject “FolderCam Android data deletion.” Tell us your app version and which records you want deleted. For a purchase record, include a Google Play order or transaction reference if available. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or private photos unless needed for your request.
Delete the local library yourself
Photos, videos, folders and edits stay in FolderCam's private storage on your device; Zrindy does not have a server copy to erase remotely. Delete individual items in the app, or use Android Settings → Apps → FolderCam → Storage → Clear data to erase the entire local library and preferences. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Export important items first: deleted originals cannot be restored by FolderCam. Copies you previously exported to another app, gallery or cloud provider must be deleted there separately.
Analytics and purchase records
Usage analytics is on by default; a previous saved off choice is preserved. Recent photo searches can be cleared from the search screen. Photo titles, notes and places can be edited or removed on the device. For data already received by Firebase, contact us with the approximate dates, device/app details and any identifier you can provide; anonymous records may not be linkable to you. We will explain what can be located and removed.
RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID and Google Play purchase details to provide and restore Plus. You may request deletion of a record we can identify, but records needed for a current entitlement, refunds, fraud prevention, financial reporting or legal obligations may need to be kept for the applicable period. Deleting an entitlement record can affect restoration. Google Play maintains its own transaction records under Google's privacy policy; contact Google for deletion requests concerning those records. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription; manage cancellation in Google Play subscriptions.
Response and retention
We will reply to the address used for your request, explain which records were deleted or retained, and identify any applicable provider or legal retention period. Support messages may be kept as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations. Local library data has no Zrindy server retention period because it is never uploaded to us. 기기 내 보관함 직접 삭제
사진, 동영상, 폴더와 편집 결과는 기기의 FolderCam 전용 저장소에 있으며 Zrindy 서버에는 원본이 없습니다. 앱에서 개별 항목을 삭제하거나 Android 설정 → 앱 → FolderCam → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제에서 전체 보관함과 설정을 지울 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제도 기기 내 데이터를 제거합니다. 필요한 사진은 먼저 내보내세요. 삭제된 원본은 FolderCam에서 복구할 수 없습니다. 이미 다른 앱·사진첩·클라우드로 내보낸 복사본은 해당 서비스에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다.
이용 분석과 구매 기록
이용 분석은 기본적으로 켜져 있으며 이전에 꺼둔 선택은 유지합니다. 최근 사진 검색 기록은 검색 화면에서 지울 수 있고 사진 제목·메모·장소는 기기에서 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. Firebase에 이미 전송된 기록은 대략적인 기간과 기기·앱 정보, 확인 가능한 식별자를 함께 알려 주세요. 익명 기록은 사용자와 연결할 수 없을 수 있으며, 찾거나 삭제할 수 있는 범위를 안내해 드립니다.
RevenueCat은 Plus 제공과 복원을 위해 익명 앱 사용자 ID와 Google Play 구매 정보를 처리합니다. 식별할 수 있는 기록의 삭제를 요청할 수 있지만 유효한 구매 권한, 환불, 부정 사용 방지, 회계 및 법적 의무에 필요한 기록은 적용 기간 동안 유지될 수 있습니다. 권한 기록을 삭제하면 복원에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. Google Play의 거래 기록에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용되므로 해당 기록은 Google에 문의해 주세요. 앱이나 데이터를 지우는 것만으로 구독이 취소되지는 않으며 Google Play 구독 관리에서 취소해야 합니다.
회신과 보관 기간
요청에 사용한 이메일로 삭제·보관 범위와 적용되는 제공자·법적 보관 기간을 안내합니다. 문의 메시지는 요청 처리와 법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 기기 내 보관함은 Zrindy 서버로 업로드되지 않아 Zrindy의 서버 보관 기간이 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 Android 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
