1. About these terms
These terms cover the FolderCam Android application (com.zrindy.subcamera), provided by Zrindy LLC. They cover the app and its Plus purchases, rather than the Zrindy website. Contact dev@zrindy.com with app or purchase questions.
2. Your work photos
FolderCam captures and organizes work photos and videos in a private library on your device. You retain your rights to your media. Use the app only for content you may lawfully capture, store and share, and respect other people's privacy and rights.
The app does not provide a cloud backup service. Export important media before uninstalling, clearing app data or replacing your device. A completed handoff to a file or cloud provider does not confirm that the provider finished its remote upload. Check the destination before deleting an original.
When you delete media or a deletion schedule expires, the app removes its local originals. There is no in-app recycle bin. Independently exported copies remain in their destinations. A saved deletion schedule continues after Plus access ends; use Keep before the deadline to cancel that schedule without Plus. Automatic cleanup runs when the app is able to perform it and is not a guarantee of deletion at an exact time while the app is suspended.
3. Free features and Plus
The free app supports private capture and basic organization. Plus adds the features shown on the purchase screen, such as more folders, stamps, markup, ZIP and Files export, and custom deletion schedules. Availability can depend on your device, permissions and the selected plan.
When offered, monthly and annual plans are recurring subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase of Android Plus access. It does not add cloud storage or promise that every future separate product is included. FolderCam currently has no account system that transfers an Apple purchase to Google Play or vice versa.
If Plus expires, existing media and folders remain available. Creating or using a feature that requires active Plus may be restricted. Storage capacity is determined by the device; Plus does not increase physical storage.
4. Prices, trials and renewal
Review the full price, currency, billing period and any trial in the app and Google Play purchase confirmation before agreeing to a purchase. The current store offer determines the charge; a monthly equivalent is a comparison, not the annual amount charged. Country, tax and account eligibility can affect the offer.
A trial applies only when Google Play returns an eligible offer and the purchase screen displays it. After that trial, the subscription renews at its displayed recurring price unless cancelled before renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions continue to renew unless cancelled through Google Play. No free trial is currently configured; prices can vary by country and account.
5. Manage, cancel and restore
Use Google Play subscriptions with the purchasing Google account to manage or cancel a subscription. Deleting FolderCam or its local data does not cancel a subscription. Access normally continues for the period already paid for after cancellation, subject to the transaction's status. See Google's cancellation instructions.
Use Restore Purchases in FolderCam with the purchasing Google Play account to check eligible Android Plus access after reinstalling or changing devices. Restore does not recover local photos and is not a new purchase. Network access and successful store verification may be needed. A pending payment does not unlock Plus until purchase verification succeeds.
Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer law. Contact dev@zrindy.com for purchase help. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. A refunded or revoked purchase can end the associated Plus access. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
6. Privacy and third-party services
The FolderCam Android privacy policy explains local media, permissions, usage analytics, Google Play/RevenueCat purchase processing, support and deletion requests. Google Play, selected sharing/file providers and the Android geocoding service and OpenStreetMap are also subject to their providers' terms. Their availability is outside FolderCam's control.
7. Availability and updates
Camera, video, scanning and quick-access capabilities vary by Android version, device hardware and provider availability. Keep your app updated and check important captures and exports. We may update these terms when the service changes, identifying the revision date and providing any notice required by applicable law.

FolderCam는 클라우드 백업 서비스가 아닙니다. 앱 삭제, 앱 데이터 초기화 또는 기기 교체 전에 중요한 미디어를 내보내세요. 파일·클라우드 제공자에게 복사본을 전달한 뒤에도 실제 서버 업로드가 끝났는지는 해당 제공자에서 확인해야 합니다.
직접 삭제하거나 예약된 보관 기간이 끝나면 앱 내부 원본이 삭제되며, 앱에는 휴지통이 없습니다. 이미 내보낸 복사본은 해당 위치에 남습니다. Plus가 만료되어도 저장된 삭제 일정은 유지됩니다. 기한 전에 무료로 사용할 수 있는 ‘계속 보관’으로 일정을 취소할 수 있습니다. 자동 정리는 앱이 실행할 수 있을 때 처리하므로 앱이 중단된 동안의 정확한 시각 삭제를 보장하지 않습니다.
3. 무료 기능과 Plus
무료 앱은 앱 내부 촬영과 기본 정리 기능을 제공합니다. Plus는 구매 화면에 표시되는 폴더 제한 해제, 스탬프, 마크업, ZIP·파일 내보내기, 사용자 지정 삭제 일정 등의 기능을 제공합니다. 기기, 권한과 선택한 상품에 따라 사용 가능한 기능이 달라질 수 있습니다.
판매되는 월간·연간 상품은 자동 갱신 구독이며, 평생 상품은 자동 갱신이 없는 Android Plus 일회성 구매입니다. 클라우드 용량을 제공하거나 향후 별도로 판매되는 모든 제품을 포함한다는 의미는 아닙니다. 현재 Apple 구매와 Google Play 구매를 서로 이전하는 FolderCam 계정 기능은 없습니다.
Plus 만료 후에도 기존 사진과 폴더에 접근할 수 있지만 유효한 Plus가 필요한 기능의 새 사용은 제한될 수 있습니다. 저장 용량은 기기에 따르며 Plus가 기기의 물리적 용량을 늘리지는 않습니다.
4. 가격·체험·자동 갱신
구매 전에 앱과 Google Play 확인 화면에서 전체 결제 금액, 통화, 결제 주기와 체험 조건을 확인해 주세요. 실제 청구는 스토어에 표시된 상품 조건을 따릅니다. 연간 상품의 월 환산 금액은 비교용이며 전체 연간 결제액과 구분됩니다. 국가, 세금과 계정 자격에 따라 상품이 달라질 수 있습니다.
무료 체험은 Google Play가 반환하고 구매 화면에 표시된 적격 상품에만 적용됩니다. 체험 후에는 갱신 전에 취소하지 않으면 표시된 정기 가격으로 갱신됩니다. 월간·연간 구독은 Google Play에서 취소할 때까지 자동 갱신됩니다. 현재 무료 체험은 설정되어 있지 않으며 가격은 국가와 계정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
5. 관리·취소·복원·환불
구매한 Google 계정의 Google Play 구독 관리에서 구독을 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제나 앱 데이터 삭제만으로 구독은 취소되지 않습니다. 취소 후에는 일반적으로 이미 결제한 기간까지 사용할 수 있으며 실제 거래 상태가 적용됩니다. Google 구독 취소 안내를 참고해 주세요.
재설치하거나 기기를 바꾼 뒤에는 구매한 Google Play 계정으로 FolderCam의 ‘구매 복원’을 사용해 Android Plus 권한을 확인하세요. 복원은 신규 구매가 아니며 기존 기기의 사진을 되살리는 기능도 아닙니다. 네트워크 연결과 스토어 검증이 필요할 수 있습니다. 결제 대기 상태에서는 구매 검증이 완료될 때까지 Plus가 활성화되지 않습니다.
환불에는 Google Play 환불 정책과 적용되는 소비자 보호 법령이 따릅니다. 도움이 필요하면 dev@zrindy.com으로 문의하고 비밀번호나 전체 카드번호는 보내지 마세요. 환불·취소된 거래의 Plus 권한은 종료될 수 있습니다. 이 약관은 법률상 보장되는 소비자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
6. 개인정보와 외부 서비스
Android 개인정보처리방침에서 기기 내 사진, 권한, 이용 분석, Google Play·RevenueCat 구매 처리, 문의와 삭제 요청을 설명합니다. Google Play, 선택한 공유·파일 제공자와 Android 위치 검색 서비스와 OpenStreetMap에는 해당 제공자의 약관도 적용되며, 외부 서비스의 제공 여부는 FolderCam가 통제하지 않습니다.
7. 제공 범위와 변경
카메라, 동영상, 스캔과 빠른 실행 기능은 Android 버전, 기기 하드웨어와 외부 서비스에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 앱을 업데이트하고 중요한 촬영·내보내기 결과를 확인해 주세요. 서비스가 바뀌면 약관을 갱신할 수 있으며, 개정일과 법률에 따라 필요한 안내를 제공합니다.
